My name is Ashley Fitch. I graduated from UAH with a bachelor’s degree in English and began teaching in 2007. Sparkman High School has been my home for my entire teaching career. In my time at SHS, I have taught regular English 10, regular and inclusion English 11, mass media, AP English Language and Composition, and novels to film, an elective I piloted in 2014-2015. In 2016-2017, I began a new journey teaching AP English Literature and Composition as well as mythology. I also co-sponsor SGA.
I have been married to my husband, Matthew, since 2006. He works as an emergency medical technician and serves our community as a volunteer fireman. We live in Fayetteville, Tennessee with our two beautiful children, Eli and Addison. I enjoy reading, watching Tennessee football, and spending time with my family.
