Although originally from Mississippi, Jennifer Gray has lived and worked in Alabama for the duration of her educational career. She is a veteran in education with 23+ years of educational experience. Her career started in the science classroom, but she has spent 16 of those 23 years in the area of administration. She has served as an assistant principal, athletic director, and principal in 2A-7A schools. She has also worked with the University of North Alabama In-Service center in the area of classroom management and with AdvancED.
She earned her bachelors and masters degrees from the University of North Alabama (UNA). While attending UNA, she earned a B.S. degree in Professional Biology and Chemistry and a M.A.E.D in Biological Education and Educational Leadership.
