I grew up in Limestone County Alabama, in the little town of Coxey. I am a 1996 graduate of Clements High School. I then went on to Calhoun Community College, Southern Union Community College, Auburn University, and graduated from Athens State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Public Safety and a B.S.E.D in Health and Physical Education. My coaching career began as a volunteer back a Clements High School. I then was hired as a coach at Athens High School and coached receivers for the 2006 5A state champions. After leaving Athens I move to Jefferson County. I taught in Jefferson County for 7 Years the last 2 as the Offensive Coordinator at Minor High School. After Minor I went to Oakman High School as Offensive Coordinator where we went to the 2nd round 3 straight years and to the third round this past year. During my years in Jefferson County, I met a girl from Oakman, Alabama, my beautiful wife Tonya. We have three children, Alyssa, Triton, and Kyleigh.
